The Residence At The Black Star is located in the historical centre of Prague exactly in the Old Town, about 250 m from the Charles Bridge and just a few minutes by walk from the Old Town Square with famous astronomical clock.
The building of the prague hotel Residence At The Black Star is proclaimed within the Prague cultural preservation which is listed on the UNESCO world heritage list since 1993.
The first reference of the building dates back to the period around 1400. Originally gothic building was divided into two parts in 1538. The left part underwent a broad renaissance reconstruction. In 1622 the parts were again integrated, at this time in the late renaissance style.
